Prohibited Content

To maintain a safe and positive environment, buyers are strictly prohibited from sharing the following types of content via the in-app chat:

• Illegal or offensive content

• Content that violates Unfade’s community standards or applicable laws

• Unsolicited advertising or spam

• Personal or sensitive information

The chat feature should be used exclusively for discussions related to product details, customization, and order-related inquiries. Any other use of the chat feature is not permitted.

 

Transaction Settlement

Buyers are encouraged to only settle transactions and make payments through the Unfade platform. Any transaction conducted outside the Unfade platform is not supported, and Unfade may not be able to assist with any issues arising from such transactions.

• Avoid making payments directly to sellers outside the app.

• Keep all communications within the app for transparency and protection.

 

Use of In-App Chat

• The in-app chat feature is specifically designed for discussing product customizations, asking questions, and communicating with sellers about your orders.

• Please refrain from using the chat for any unrelated communication or personal matters.

• Misuse of the chat feature (such as for inappropriate discussions or external transactions) may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

 

Reporting Inappropriate Content

If you encounter any inappropriate content or communication in the chat (such as the sharing of personal contact details or inappropriate messages), please report it immediately to Unfade at info@unfade.in. We take all reports seriously and will investigate any violations in accordance with our policies.
