  • Sellers are strictly prohibited from sharing personal contact details such as mobile numbers, email addresses, or social media profiles within the in-app chat.

  • All communications should take place only through the Unfade platform to maintain privacy and security.

 

2. Transaction Settlement

  • Sellers are encouraged to settle transactions exclusively on Unfade’s platform using the designated payment methods.

  • Unfade provides a secure environment for all transactions, and settling outside the app may result in limitations on seller support and actions against the seller account.

 

3. Custom Order Creation

  • Sellers can offer customized solutions to buyers by utilizing the custom order feature within the in-app chat for products not listed in their store but available for customization.

  • This allows sellers to offer unique solutions to buyers directly within the Unfade app.

 

4. Guidelines Compliance

  • Sellers are responsible for adhering to Unfade’s community guidelines and policies.

  • Any violation of the in-app chat policies may lead to account actions, including suspension or termination.

 

5. Reporting Buyer Requests

  • If a buyer suggests settling transactions outside the app or engages in inappropriate behavior or communication, sellers should immediately report such incidents to Unfade at info@unfade.in.
