Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

Unfade Creations Private Limited (“Unfade,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to ensuring your satisfaction as a buyer. This policy outlines our approach to returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations to provide clarity and transparency.

 

Conditions for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Product Discrepancy: If the product you receive significantly differs from the description provided during purchase.

  2. Product Damage: If the product arrives damaged during transit.

 

Understanding Handmade Variations

Handmade products are individually crafted and may exhibit slight variations in color, size, or texture compared to the images or descriptions provided. These variations are inherent to the handmade process and contribute to the uniqueness of each item. Returns will not be processed for minor variations that reflect the handmade nature of the product.

 

Return and Exchange Process

If the conditions for returns are met, the process is as follows:

  1. Initiation: Contact our customer support team at info@unfade.in within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. Please provide:

    • Order details.

    • A detailed description of the issue.

    • Clear images of the product and packaging.

  2. Evaluation: The seller will review your request to determine if the return or exchange is eligible.

  3. Approval: Upon approval by the seller, you will receive instructions on the next steps to complete the process.

 

Refund Policy

If the seller approves your return request, the refund process is as follows:

  1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  2. Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of the seller confirming approval and, if required, receipt of the returned product.

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Buyer-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Cancellations after placing an order are generally not permitted, as handmade products often involve a personalized creation process that begins immediately upon order confirmation.

    • We encourage buyers to review product details and policies carefully before placing an order.

  2. Seller-Initiated Cancellations:

    • If a seller cannot fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be approved under the following conditions:

  1. The product meets the criteria for returns (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

  2. Exchanges are subject to the seller’s discretion and product availability.

 

Seller-Specific Policies

Each seller on Unfade may have their own specific return, exchange, refund, and cancellation policies. Buyers are advised to carefully review these policies in the product listing before placing an order. In case of any conflict between a seller’s policy and this policy, the seller’s policy will apply.
