• All transactions between sellers and buyers on Unfade Creations will be processed via our payment system.

• Payments will be processed and disbursed to sellers only after the product is shipped.

 

2. Payment Disbursement

• After the successful shipment of a product, the total order amount will be processed and reflected in the seller’s account.

• Payments may take up to 3 business days to process once the order is shipped.

• Sellers will be able to track their payments through the "Payout" section of their account.

 

3. Payment Gateway Charges

• Payment gateway processing fees, which may be up to 3%, will be borne by the seller.

• These charges will be deducted from the total amount before disbursement.

 

4. GST Applicability and Seller Responsibility

• Sellers are responsible for ensuring full compliance with all Goods and Services Tax (GST) requirements, including IGST, CGST, and SGST, as applicable to their products.

• Sellers must charge appropriate taxes on goods or services and remit the applicable GST to the relevant authorities.

 

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

• In the event of a refund request, Unfade Creations may initiate a partial or full refund according to the seller’s return policy.

• For any chargebacks, sellers are required to provide the necessary documentation promptly.

 

6. Dispute Resolution

• Sellers agree to resolve disputes directly with buyers or through the dispute management tools provided by Unfade Creations.

• In cases of escalated disputes, Unfade Creations reserves the right to issue a refund to the buyer and recoup the funds from the seller, if necessary.

 

7. Governing Law

• These policies are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these policies will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

 

8. Changes to Policies

• Unfade Creations reserves the right to modify, update, or change any part of this Seller Payment Policy. Sellers will be notified of any policy changes through the communication channels specified.
